Structural features of this series of products

• The front furnace/furnace, convective heat exchange surface and separate parts of the double drum water pipe chain grate boiler are manufactured independently.The welding work is completed in the factory and the welding quality is reliable. The equipment is separated from the factory and installed in a field assembly.
• The boiler body is vertically arranged as a single drum. The drum and the water wall tubes on both sides constitute the radiation heating surface of the furnace, and the convective heating surface is composed of the water pipes and the tube bundles on both sides.
• The spiral smoke pipe in the pot drum constitutes the convective heating surface of the fire pipe, and the tube sheet adopts the low stress non-stretching arch tube sheet.
• The boiler adopts coal-fired chain grate.
